SHIPPING POLICY
Under normal circumstances, all orders placed and paid for will be shipped out the following business day.

Overnight orders must be placed before 10:00 am to be dispatched the same day.

Once the courier has received your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the corresponding tracking number.

You should expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days once we have received payment confirmation.
​
Nature's Kratom does not ship on weekends or public holidays and cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURN POLICY
Nature's Kratom cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds once your order has been fulfilled.

Nature's Kratom currently accepts Bank Transfer and PayPal as forms of payment.
